This set was so cool for it's time, it's featured in the Carvin Musical Instrument's Museum. This is a Vintage 1970's Carvin USA Model: ST2400 125 Watt Head W/Matching Carvin Cabinet with 6-10" Speakers. Vintage 70's Carvin ST2400 Bass/ Guitar Head W/Matching 6-10" Cab - $549 (Pickers Paradise). This bass guitar is well known among Carvin collectors. Bass has never been dropped, has never had beer poured on it, or has been vomited on (yes I have seen this happen more than you think.) Bass comes complete with the original custom made case in great condition. Bass was in storage for approximately twelve years while I left the music business to start a family. I used it for hard rock and metal for years. The neck is a glued in neck and the bass has fantastic tone and sustain. Some of the black chrome has worn off the Kahler tremolo over the years but the tremolo is fabulous. There is also a hole for an alternate strap lock below the neck on the body. There is a nick in the top paint (picture with my finger pointing to it) and a dent along the bottom edge of the body covered by a yellow and black sticker. Original case from Carvin (special order)īass has normal wear and tear for an item prized by its owner. Kahler Pro-Bass tremolo (special option at an additional $300) Original Carvin M22 double stacked humbucker in the neck position Solid Mahogany body and neck (special option)

I am the original owner and have only allowed two other people to hold it - ever. This is a very rare model bass guitar produced by the Carvin Corporation in California only from 1987 through 1988.
